These Terms of Service govern your use of immigration consulting services provided by Crest Immigration Services Inc. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
As a regulated immigration consulting firm, we are committed to providing professional, ethical, and transparent services in accordance with the standards set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
By accessing and using the services of Crest Immigration Services Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates
Crest Immigration provides professional immigration consulting services for Canadian immigration applications
Our services include consultation, application preparation, document review, and representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
We are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and operate under RCIC License #R123456
All services are provided in accordance with Canadian immigration laws and CICC Code of Professional Ethics
We do not guarantee approval of any immigration application, as final decisions rest with IRCC
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for your immigration application
You are responsible for providing all required documents in a timely manner
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
You must respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
Failure to provide accurate information may result in application refusal and potential immigration consequences
You are responsible for all government fees, third-party costs, and expenses related to your application
Professional fees for our services are outlined in your signed retainer agreement
Payment terms and schedules are specified in your service agreement
Government fees, translation costs, credential evaluation fees, and other third-party expenses are separate from our professional fees
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your file, except as specified in your retainer agreement
We reserve the right to suspend services if payment obligations are not met
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
We provide professional immigration consulting services to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
We are not liable for decisions made by IRCC or other government agencies
We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, policy changes, or circumstances beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid for the specific service in question
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the retainer agreement
We reserve the right to terminate services if you provide false information, fail to cooperate, or breach these terms
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of fees for services rendered up to the termination date
We will provide you with copies of your documents and file materials upon termination, subject to payment of outstanding fees
Termination does not relieve you of obligations to IRCC or affect the status of any submitted applications
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and immigration matters in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional obligations.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crest Immigration Services Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding our services, we encourage open communication and good-faith efforts to resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated through:
